Terms and Conditions
PRICE AUD $5550.00 per person, based on twin share accommodation
Single Room Supplement $1250.00
The 14 day accommodation package includes:
- 14 nights accommodation at San Fedele (twin share accommodation)
- Daily Breakfast, All Dinners, 7 Lunches
- All Yoga & Meditation workshops with Colleen Swavley
- Cooking lessons
- Entrance to Uffizi Gallery, Florence
- All transport for 2 weeks, including pick up and drop off in Florence
- Trips to Siena, Radda in Chianti, San Gimignano and hill towns
- Visits to vineyards with dinner and wine tasting
- All excursions
Golf is available at courses close by and if there is sufficient interest a
photographic workshop can also be organised
Does Not Include:
- Airfare
- Travel Insurance
- Lunches when out on excursions (except where specified)
- Art supplies
- Gratuities
- Independent meals and Independent sight seeing
Prices, Deposits and Payment
The price is $5550.00 per person based on twin share accommodation.
An additional supplement of $1250.00 applies for a single room.
Early bird discount available for FULL payment if made by 28 Feburary 2012.
Early bird price is $5250.00 per person
Payments the payment schedule is as follows:
- Deposit due at the time of booking: $2550.00
- 2nd Instalment is due 15 March 2012: $1000.00
- Single room supplement due 15 April 2012: $1000.00
The deposits and the final payment can be made by cheque, Electronic Funds
Transfer or by credit card. Please note that a 2.5% surcharge applies to credit
card payments. These details will be included on the Booking Form which will
detail the costs, payment schedule and methods of payment.
A receipt will be sent after receiving a signed Booking Form and the required
deposit.
A reminder will be sent regarding the 2nd instalment and final payment. Should
final payment not be received by the 15 April 2011 we reserve the right to
cancel the booking without refund.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel:
- Before 15 March 2012 $2500.00 is non-refundable
- From 16 March to 14 April 2012 65% of the cost is non-refundable
- From 15 April 2012 100% cost is non-refundable
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS REQUIRED AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We do not provide refunds for non-medical personal problems, air carrier delays
or cancellations, inability to obtain passports, business problems or
emergencies.
In the unlikely event that we would cancel your tour you would be entitled to a
100% refund within 3 weeks after the cancellation.
Insurance
You are required to purchase your own travel insurance to cover cancellation
coverage, airline tickets, trip delay, lost luggage or any potential medical
expenses.
Special Requirements
Please advise of any dietary requirements. Every effort will be made to
accommodate special dietary needs. Please note that the accommodation venues do
not have specific handicapped facilities.
Prices
Additional expenses include airfares, travel insurance, lunches and dinners when
out on excursions, art supplies, gratuities, independent meals and independent
sightseeing.
Limitation of Liability
No responsibility is accepted for any loss, expense, accident, injury or damage
to any person or property due to the actions or omissions of any person, or any
cause, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of terrorism, war,
strikes, defects in machinery, breakdown in equipment, weather, quarantine,
negligence, loss of baggage, or other causes beyond our control, such losses
being the responsibility of the guest.
Tuscany Accommodation specifies that all information in the property description
corresponds to the state of the premises at the time of printing and we do not
hold ourselves responsible for modifications carried out by the owners that have
not been reported to us.
Program changes
We reserve the right to make changes in the itinerary at any time should it
become necessary or desirable. Delays or itinerary changes caused by strikes,
bad weather, traffic or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control
and we are not obliged to pay guests compensation.
