Prices, Deposits and Payment
The price is $6250.00 per person based on twin share accommodation.

An early bird discount of 10% ($5625.00) is being offered for bookings which are FULLY paid by 31st March 2010.

For all other payments the payment schedule is as follows:

• 10% holding deposit is due at the time of booking - $625.00
• An additional 30% deposit is due 31st May 2011 - $1875.00
• Balance of the payment is due 31st July 2011 - $3750.00

The deposits and the final payment can be made by cheque, Electronic Funds Transfer or by credit card. Please note that a 2.5% surcharge applies to credit card payments. These details will be included on the Booking Form which will detail the costs, payment schedule and methods of payment.

A receipt will be sent after receiving a signed Booking Form and the required deposit. A reminder will be sent regarding additional deposits and final payment which will be due by 31st May and 31st July 2011 respectively.

Should final payment not be received by the 31 July 2011 we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund.

Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel:

• Before 31 May 2010 10% of the cost is non-refundable
• From 1 June to 30 July 2010 40% of the cost is non-refundable
• From 31 July to 2nd October 2010 100% cost is non-refundable
• TRAVEL INSURANCE IS REQUIRED AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We do not provide refunds for non-medical personal problems, air carrier delays or cancellations, inability to obtain passports, business problems or emergencies.

In the unlikely event that we would cancel your tour you would be entitled to a 100% refund within 3 weeks after the cancellation.

Insurance
You are required to purchase your own travel insurance to cover cancellation coverage, airline tickets, trip delay, lost luggage or any potential medical expenses.

Special Requirements
Please advise of any dietary requirements. Every effort will be made to accommodate special dietary needs. Please note that the accommodation venues do not have specific handicapped facilities.

Prices
Additional expenses include airfares, travel insurance, lunches and dinners when out on excursions, art supplies, gratuities, independent meals and independent sightseeing.

Limitation of Liability
No responsibility is accepted for any loss, expense, accident, injury or damage to any person or property due to the actions or omissions of any person, or any cause, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, defects in machinery, breakdown in equipment, weather, quarantine, negligence, loss of baggage, or other causes beyond our control, such losses being the responsibility of the guest.

Tuscany Accommodation specifies that all information in the property description corresponds to the state of the premises at the time of printing and we do not hold ourselves responsible for modifications carried out by the owners that have not been reported to us.

Program changes
We reserve the right to make changes in the itinerary at any time should it become necessary or desirable. Delays or itinerary changes caused by strikes, bad weather, traffic or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and we are not obliged to pay guests compensation.
