Perfect for family reunions, groups of friends... complete renovation of this

share a bath which has double sinks, toilette and bidet and a large shower. All
of the bathrooms in this complex are new and feature beautiful marble and tile
work, new fixtures and good lighting. There is a third room, a twin bed/sitting
room, on the top floor of this unit, which has a skylight and great views facing
the walled city of Lucca.
Second Wing
The second wing in this complex is entered through a charming door. It is a
small and private space, perfect for two. The living room, pictured above right,
is comfortably furnished and features a raised hearth fireplace. The lovely
yellow kitchen is fully equipped with range, oven, refrigerator, freezer and
dishwasher. The master bedroom is very large and has a sitting area and double
doors leading out to the rear yard and pool area. There is also a full bath with
shower and a laundry/storage room with washing machine.
Third Wing
The third wing in the complex has two apartments within it. The first, one the
ground floor, has a large kitchen/dining room/living area that is full of light
and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen, like all of the others in this
complex, is new and fully equipped. There is a master bedroom and a twin bedroom
and the large bathroom is shared by both of the bedrooms. The top floor of this
wing contains another full apartment. The lofty and very large kitchen/dining
and living room space takes full advantage of the great views toward Lucca from
three large windows. There is also a fireplace and two large sofas. There is a
master bedroom and one double bedroom that looks out over the rear of the
property and the pool area. The large bathroom is shared by both bedrooms.
