1st Floor - 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms have their own luxurious en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has lovely views of the surrounding hills and valleys.

2nd Floor - up a few steps to a spacious second sitting room and writing area which is separated by a double sided fireplace. This cosy area has a TV, video and stereo system and the room opens onto a terrace with beautiful district views.

Ground Floor - Separate entrance, open plan kitchen/living area. Twin beds, dressing room and bathroom. Outdoor dining terrace overlooks valley. Central heating. (Available for rental with the main house or separately during low season)

Lovely garden and beautiful sun drenched pool on a lower level. BBQ and pizza oven.

Tuscan Feasts, cooked by a well known local chef, can also be organised on request.
