'Al Villaggio' is part of an old hamlet, which has been completely renovated and converted into an exclusive property. It has a tasteful fusion on old and new.

Breathtaking views of Lucca, rolling slopes and the valley. Located in the middle of olive groves and vineyards. Some of the best wine and olive oil of the entire region comes from this Farm.

Unique features

• 11 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, excellent furnishings and views from every room.

• A spectacular ‘common room' for the guests which opens onto the swimming pool overlooking a beautiful view.

This wonderful meeting area includes a complete kitchen, huge dining area, a bar and a fireplace. It is designed to be the meeting and dining area for the guests. Of course, each house also has a kitchen so that it is possible to dine within the houses as well.

The lower level has an exercise room with hardwood floors and gym equipment. Amazing underwater views of the pool. The activities area also has a Turkish steam room and hydro showers. On the pool level there is a common outside area with chairs, tables, umbrellas and a wood fired pizza oven.

A chef is also available (on request) at reasonable rates and would compare in pricing to eating out at restaurants.

AL VILLAGIO consists of 3 cottages:

‘IL MELOGRANO', sleeps 7 people
3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 3 bathrooms all finished in stone and marble including a spacious living room with fireplace and a kitchen.

‘I NESPOLI' sleeps 6 people
3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large lounge with fireplace, living room and kitchen.

‘Il GELSO” sleeps 7 people
It contains 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, and 4 bathrooms, living room, spacious lounge, fireplace and a kitchen.

Al Villagio has been designed to cater for a large group in comfort and privacy. The large common areas allow for gatherings of the group whilst the houses give an opportunity for privacy.

The area has several restaurants - an excellent one in walking distance, as well as lovely areas for walking and cycling.

This is truly a unique property with wonderful facilities and exceptional views.
