The region lies on the eastern side of central Italy, between the Adriatic Sea and the high Apennine mountains and much of it remains unspoilt with relatively few tourists.

Le Marche is rich in historical and cultural heritage which has been well preserved. The Sibillini mountain range and the Sibillini National Park provide some of the most breathtaking scenery in central Italy. Also has a beautiful coastline extending along the Adriatic sea.
